In January 2010, I  took a photo course in Death Valley, California.  This time, I traveled with a company that I had not previously used and whose expertise is landscape photography.  While I have been focusing on environmental portraits, I thought it important to learn some new techniques.  The instructors were quite skilled and the class was great.  We shot sunrises and sunsets, did some macro photography (intense close-ups) and generally honed our skills in landscape photography.
