The Getty Center is a museum and research facility in Los Angeles funded by the estate of the oil baron, J. Paul Getty.  The center includes several buildings containing the museum collections, a research facility, an administration building all of which surround a beautiful garden.

On two occasions, I  had the chance to shoot at the Center.  The architecture of the Center buildings are pretty fantastic.  I just wish that the museum collection was equally impressive.   That having been said, the photo collection is rather impressive and I try to get there often to see the traveling exhibits.
