We had several opportunities to do some portrait work while on the trip.  We visited a Maasai village and the villagers were very accommodating while we did some off-camera flash work. 

We also did some off-camera flash at our safari camp with some of the workers who were willing to dress in native costumes for us.

Finally, we went to a Maasai village near our safari camp and hired two warriors and a village woman as models to do a shoot with the plains and sunset as backdrops.  We had fun.
