Each photo adventure includes some opportunities to practice flash portrait photography in the field -- called “Environmental Portraits.”  Usually we use hand held flash but on this trip we had access to a new and more sophisticated flash system.

Below are some of the images.  Those photographed below are locals who are not professionals but agreed to serve as models and were paid.  It’s not easy being a model.  They were great.
