It was time.   I have spent entirely too much time shooting deserts - whether it be in Death Valley, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado or Morocco.  Don’t get me wrong, i love shooting desert setting, but I was raised in a part of the country where the leaves change and there is something called “Fall.”

So, it was time and there was an opportunity to take a photo workshop  Jackson, Wyoming.  Jackson is beautiful - it has fall color, it has wildlife, and most of all, it has Grand Teton National Park.  (It also has skiing, but that’s not my interest.)

The workshop was timed for fall foligage and we were not disappointed.  This was a short trip, but well worth it.  Can’t wait to shoot more Fall landscapes.  Who knows, soon it will be time to shoot in the snow.
